As much as I love dressing up and looking cute, I definitely prefer comfort over style. But that doesn’t mean it’s not possible to do both. I have found the perfect everyday work pants that are both stylish and comfortable that you need now. The Banana Republic Sloan pants are by far the best pair of pants I have ever tried on for work. The quality of these pants is great. They are just stretchy enough so that they are comfortable and also gives you a beautiful shape. These pants are a skinny fit, ankle-length pants, which is my go-to pants style.

They are also great because you can dress them up or down. The Sloan pants also come in multiple sizes, such as long, short, curvy, and petite, as well as a variety of different fun colors and patterns! There is nothing bad I have to say about these pants. I have them in black, navy blue, heather gray, and purple.

So, I know these are not the most affordable pair of pants. But as I’ve said in my How to Look Expensive on a Budget post, I believe pants for work are worth splurging on. I buy my Sloan pants from Banana Republic Factory at outlets to save a little money. I’ve heard that you shouldn’t buy from outlets because the quality is not as good, but I haven’t found a massive difference in quality. The quality is still amazing and they look just as good!

If these pants are just not quite in your budget right now, my favorite second option is the Old Navy Pixie Pants! They come in regular, tall, petite, and plus sizes and come in so many great patterns, prints, and colors.

What are some things you look for in the perfect everyday pair of pants for work?

Yellow pants and sleevless blouse
